These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Dailyvista.shop and all purchases made from Daily Vista. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. About Our Products

2.1 Refurbished Products

Daily Vista specialises in professionally refurbished laptops, workstations, and servers. All products are tested, cleaned, and graded before sale.

Products are sold as refurbished unless explicitly stated as new
Refurbished products may have minor cosmetic marks or blemishes — these are normal and do not affect performance
Product images are for illustration purposes; actual appearance may vary slightly
Specifications are as listed — please read product descriptions carefully before ordering

2.2 Grading System

Our products are graded as follows:

Grade A: Excellent condition — minimal to no signs of use
Grade B: Good condition — light cosmetic marks, fully functional
Grade C: Fair condition — visible signs of use, fully functional

Grading is clearly mentioned on each product listing.

2.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Ordering

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item is mispriced, we will notify you before processing
Prices may change at any time without prior notice

3.3 Payment

We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
Payment must be completed before shipment (except for COD orders)
COD orders require advance confirmation — see our Shipping Policy for details

4. Warranty

All products sold by Daily Vista come with a seller warranty as specified on the product listing (typically 3 to 12 months depending on the product).

Warranty covers hardware faults and defects under normal use
Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage from misuse
Warranty is void if the product is tampered with or repaired by an unauthorised technician

Some products may also carry a manufacturer warranty — this will be clearly mentioned on the listing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Daily Vista — including product descriptions, images, logos, and text — is the property of Daily Vista and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Daily Vista is not liable for:

Loss of data or files on a device after purchase
Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products
Delays caused by courier or logistics partners beyond our control

Our maximum liability in any situation is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will be the applicable version.
