Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
After your payment is confirmed, here is what happens:
- Your order is picked, tested, and carefully packed — this takes 1 to 2 business days
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days
- Other major cities and towns: 3 to 6 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
2.2 Express Shipping
Express or priority shipping may be available on select orders for an additional charge. Contact us before placing your order to arrange express delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹[YOUR THRESHOLD] (check current promotions on our website)
- For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout
- Remote area surcharges may apply for deliveries to certain PIN codes
4. How We Pack Your Order
We take great care in packaging because laptops, servers, and workstations are fragile and valuable:
- All products are wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap
- Securely placed in reinforced corrugated boxes
- Fragile stickers and handling instructions are placed on all boxes
- Every box is sealed and taped for maximum protection
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order. This protects you in case of any transit damage claim.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp
- You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website
- If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at shubham837553@gmail.com
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select PIN codes and order values
- COD orders require advance confirmation via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Please note: Advance payments made for COD orders are non-refundable once the order is shipped
- If you refuse delivery of a COD order without a valid reason, future COD facility may be restricted on your account
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide an alternative contact number
- If your order is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes after dispatch may not always be possible.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Do NOT accept the delivery if the outer box is severely damaged
- If you do accept, record a clear unboxing video immediately
- Report to us within 24 hours at shubham837553@gmail.com with photos and your unboxing video
- Valid transit damage claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund
